I vote yes, 2 friendly amendments:

- "They represent asynchronous resets." -- synchronous, right ?
- "T clock argument can be explicitly specified or inferred from the
clock flow." -- should be "The ...", moreover do we really need this
sentence since 1550 strikes out explicit args to $sampled ... Should
strike out the whole sentence.
