Hi Folks:

This is the call to vote on the minor revisions to 1668:

- Aligned a few Annex F changes with 1549 
- Fixed typo (unclocked --> clocked for U grammar)
- Changed itemize symbols from bullets to dashes
- Aligned with Draft4
