Friendly amendments:

   1. In syntax 11-7, it looks like '_' is used instead of '-' in these
   operators (or may be this is due to the conversion to pdf). Double check
   this and fix it if required.
   
   2. Instead of inserting text between Syntax 11-7 and table 11.1, it
   would be better to have a subclause about these operators under 11.4
   where different operators are described.
