[sv-ac] preparations for face-to-face

Hi Folks:

Dmitry and I have been testing the web sharing connection and sharing,
and I am optimistic that we will be able to get it to work, although
the performance for remote control will be slow.

I will send more details about how to connect in private mails to the
individual active SV-AC members.

As a backup, I think it is a good idea to post to Mantis the sources
of the various proposals that will be worked on.  This is up to the
owners, of course, but if there is a copy of the latest source
available on Mantis, then we will be able to get it and work on it in
the meeting.
