[sv-ac] minor fixes to 1668 Annex F prompted by 1549

Hi Folks:

I re-opened 1668 and uploaded a minor revision to the Annex F 
document (1668-formal-semantics.2007-10-01.pdf).

There is a note at the top indicating the changes.  These were
motivated from the recent work on 1549.

- I felt that I had to change the itemize symbols from bullets to
  dashes (as in the LRM) for 1549 since there were so many.  Therefore
  I made the same change for 1668.

- 1549 adds the parenthesis forms for the T and U grammars, so I added
  those in the corresponding 1668 changes to avoid confusing the
  editor.

- While working on 1549, I noticed a typo in which the U grammar was
  identified as "unclocked", so this is fixed.

I think we should be able to do a voice vote to approve these simple
changes and move the item back to resolved.
