RE: [sv-ac] call to vote on 1601

Oops - I guess I need to give a technical reason for my no vote on 1601.
The version under review is dependent on 1549. I had reviewed that the
latest feedback from the champion's had been incorporated, thinking that
it had been made independent of 1549 before the last review. Sorry about
that!

Hi Tom,

I'll vote no on 1601 to stop the vote. I need to take another look at
which is the latest version.

Hi John,

I have a couple of questions about 1601: The proposal we're voting on
is
dated 9/4/2007, but there was an e-mail thread on 9/9/2007 about a new
revision that was aligned with 1549 (1601_then_1549.pdf).
Were these changes abandonded?

What is the difference between the 9/4/2007 version and the 8/23/2007
version
that we balloted?

Thanks,

Tom
