[sv-ac] 1668 passed

Hi Folks:

1668 passed in our e-mail ballot with one friendly amendment
from Lisa Piper.  See the results below.

I have implemented the friendly amendment and fixed some 
font problems in 1668-2007-09-25.pdf (see the change notes).

I also changed the color purple to magenta in the Annex F
document and followed Lisa Piper's suggestion to color the 
cited 1549 additions in magenta rather than blue and make all
1668 additions in blue.  This is uploaded as 
1668-formal-semantics.2007-09-25.pdf.

I would like to have a voice vote to approve these minor 
modifications in today's meeting.
