Re: [sv-ac] reminder to vote on 1681

Hi Johan:

I have removed your "yes" vote, so the status on the ballot 
is the same as copied below, with exactly 50% of the eligible
voters casting "yes" votes (the chair is not eligible in 
e-mail ballots).

Therefore, the proposal will pass unless someone else decides to 
retract a "yes" vote or someone enters a "no" vote.  

I am not trying to push either way, but, rather to clarify the 
process.
