Notes:
------

- Reminder of IEEE patent policy.
- Face-to-face arrangements.
. The face-to-face will be in Austin, hosted at Freescale's Parmer Lane
site (7700 West Parmer Lane, Austin, TX 78729) on 2-3 October 2007.
The committee approved these meetings by voice vote.
. TT will attend SV-BC F2F 24-Sep in SJ and represent SV-AC for
    name resolution
- Plans until feature freeze.
. We do not have time to finish all proposals by the current feature freeze.
. DK asked everyone to send by the next meeting the prioritized list
of the Mantis items to be addressed until the feature freeze,
along with the effort estimation. Send only the top priority
items. We can make a case to ask for more time from the working
group, but it is not guaranteed.
- 1758:  Boolean operators ->, <-> [EC]
. Discussion of the feedback from LP.
. Decided that there are semantic issues with trying to reuse the same operators
at the HDL and property levels. The proposal will be revised to use keywords
"implies" and "iff" at the property level. There seems to be agreement that
these should have lowest precedence, although this is not in agreement with
    PSL.
- 1995: Assertions and checkers in for loops [ES]
. TT and DB will review.
- 2005: Glitches with immediate assertions [ES]
. TT and DB will review.
- 1681: Global clocking [DK]
. LP asked about how to manage assertion code when several blocks have
formal verification and want to take advantage of global clocking, but
when they are integrated they cannot be clocked at the global clock. LP
will send an example, DK and DB to respond.
- 1668: Local var initializers [JH]
. There have been no changes in the proposals since 2007-09-03. We will
delay until 2007-09-17 to call for a vote.
- 1728: Let proposal [EC, DK]
. DK will remove the changes to 16.7 and 16.12 from this proposal and
then we will call for a vote. The changes to 16.7 and 16.12 will be
put in another proposal or in a separate Mantis item.

We did not get to the following:

- 1549: Argument passing [DB, LP, JH]
- 1932: LTL operators [DK, DB]
- 1757: accept_on, reject_on [EC]
- 1900: Checkers [ES]
- 1682: Future value functions [DK]
- 1756: Control of assertions in initial blocks [EC]
- Feedback from the champions.
  . Next steps for 1601
  . Next steps for 1648
  . Next steps for 1681
  . Next steps for 1729
- Other items
