Hi Folks:

Technically, our last ballot on 1681 failed because only four votes
were received by the close.

This is the call to revote on 1681.  The document on mantis is
globclock_070903_dk.pdf.  This vote will run for one week and close at
2007-09-13 T 23:59-07:00(PDT).

Please vote if you are eligible.  See the details below.

There seem to be some problems with the e-mail reflectors, so I am
copying each of the eligible voters individually.  I recommend that
you send your votes to the reflector and copy me individually so that
this ballot can proceed despite reflector problems.

The champions will be considering this proposal concurrently, under
the presumption that our vote will succeed.  Our vote will close
before the champions', and if our vote fails, then the champions will
disregard the proposal.
