[sv-ac] Re: SV-AC vote on 1681

Hi John,

Could you put the latest proposal for Mantis 1681 up for a
1-week email vote? I will add it to the Champions Email
vote (which will run for 12 days). If it fails the SV-AC
email vote, I will instruct the Champions to ignore it
for now. It appears to me that this latest Mantis proposal
will pass in the Technical Committee vote. Running both
email votes concurrently will expedite the process.
Normally we don't do this type of thing, but since the Champions
have already seen an earlier version of this proposal I
think it is time to get any remaining feedback on the table.
