This is the call to vote on the revised proposal for Mantis 1681.
The document is globclock_070903_dk.pdf on mantis.

This document includes a preamble with responses to feedback from
the champions.  Part of the vote is to approve this as a message
from SV-AC to the champions.

As we agreed in our meeting today, this vote will close at 06:00 CDT
(11:00 UT) on 2007-09-05.  Please vote if you are eligible.  See the
