The following proposals also need to be checked and, if necessary,
updated for alignment with Draft 3a:

These proposals are not in the first batch to be reviewed by the 
champions, but they will come up later, so we may as well take care
of this now.

The owners of these proposals should take care of them using
the same process as that we have been using on the previous
batch.
