All: It has been brought to my attention that Mantis items in the resolved state do not admit uploads. If you own a proposal in the resolved state that needs to be updated with section number changes to align it with Draft 3a, then please reopen the item, update the proposal, and then move it back to resolved state. You should leave a note explaining what was done. If there are any changes of further substance required, then we should review the new proposal and, if appropriate, re-vote it.
