I am not able to read the pdf file you have uploaded (with acrobat 8.0
version). It gives me error that the file is damaged and could not be
repaired. Can others read it ? Which version of acrobat ?

Per John's request I fixed some font problems in the proposal and also
ordered the clauses in their natural order. The uploaded files are
action_control_task_14.doc and action_control_task_14.pdf. Unfortunately
I deleted the latest Manisha's .pdf version

(action_control_task_14.pdf), and somehow I cannot upload back.
Therefore I am attaching the  ** deleted PDF ** to this mail.
