Clause 16.  [JH]
- 16.12.4, p. 355.  The paragraph following the fibonacci2 example has 
  indentation problems.

I know that Tom caught a bunch of indentation problems in his
review of Clause 16.  I expect that this is a duplication of 
one of his, but I haven't managed to check that yet.
