[sv-ac] LRM conventions

All:

It has been brought to my attention that our proposals
are not all aligned with the LRM conventions as stated
in Subclause 1.3.

I think we need to put forth some, hopefully small, extra
effort to move our proposal writing style into alignment
with these conventions.  The style changes should not affect
the technical content of the proposals.   Rather, they should
improve clarity in the LRM context.  

I think we will need to review proposals that have already 
been passed as well as new proposals.  We can discuss process 
for this in today's meeting.
