Does the default disable apply to assertions within generate scopes
within the module?  I would think it would.

Does the default disable apply to assertions defined prior to the
default disable? I would think not. If not, this is another way to
override the default disable. (e.g. define the assertions for which you
don't want to have the default apply prior to specification of the
default)
