RE: [sv-ac] call to vote on Mantis 1641

Hi all,

I have the following minor comment:

It is written in the proposal: "The severity system tasks can also be
used in assertion pass statements", while should be "The severity system
tasks can also be used in assertion pass or fail statements".

The major issue with this item is who is responsible for it. We should
either call for a motion to SV-BC, or to have a common ballot with them.
