RE: [sv-ac] Proposed new sv-ac homepage URL

The reason for this was that we wanted to have a wiki, to make the page
easily maintainable, and avoid a years-out-of-date situation in the
future. Right now the eda.org server doesn't have a wiki, and doesn't
have a support team with the time to install this. Pbwiki gives us a
free wiki, in return for putting up with a very minimal number of ads.

Also, I have now set up redirection-- so you can still access the new
page using the old URL as well:
http://www.eda-stds.org/sv-ac/

All the sv committee pages are under eda.org. Why make sv-ac different?
And should this page have ads?
