* 5 mantis items (1591, 1601, 1704, 1722, 1735) resolved since the
  2007-02-15 status summary.
  - 1591 and 1601 were actually passed just before 2007-02-15, but they 
    didn't make it on the 2007-02-15 status summary.

* Ballot on 1547 failed.
  - Based on comments that there is no need to put assertion declarations 
    in a clocking block, we decided neither to pursue it further nor to 
    close it.

* Ballot on 1466 failed.
  - There seems little technical matter left on which to compromise in 
    order to reach consensus, so a voice vote may be appropriate in the 
    next meeting.

* Other ballots failed, and discussion and revision of the proposals is
  ongoing.  

* 45 open mantis items for SV-AC as of 2007-04-03.
  - 6 new items entered:  1756, 1757, 1758, 1763, 1768, 1769
  - 39 old items.
