[sv-ac] revote 1737

Folks:

In order to tidy up the situation with mantis 1737,
I think we should re-vote by voice in our next meeting.

Despite the fact that the changes in the last version
were discussed before the vote was called, the mantis
item was not updated in a timely fashion for the purpose
of the email ballot.

This should not take long and it is better than leaving
doubt as to the validity of 1737 due to questionable 
procedure.
