Our ballot on mantis 1737 completed with the results below.

All valid voters voted "yes", so the proposal is passed.

There is a wrinkle, though.  I thought that the version
enablingCondition_1737.070320.pdf with updates to the examples
was posted when I called the vote, but in fact it wasn't
posted on mantis until March 28, the day the ballot closed.

Both Doron Bustan and Tom Thatcher have indicated that
the latest version looks good, so I would like to consider 

   enablingCondition_1737.070320.pdf

to be the version passed.

We can discuss this in our next meeting and hear any objections.
