[sv-ac] review of mantis 1466

Hi,

I have reviewed mantis 1466 regarding syntactic sugaring for
##[1:$],##[0:$] and x[*1:$],x[*0:$].

I didn't find any issues and since it is a pretty simple enhancement I
think it is ready for a vote.
