Hi Tom,

I think that both are correct. 

Box 15-3 deals with clocking block only, I just added "..." after the
clocking, to indicate, like before, that something else still follows.

Regarding the comma, my thinking is that there is no comma before "or".
(At least that's what I was taught...) In any case, I'd leave that to
the editor to decide.
