[sv-ac] edited bugnote for 0928

Hi Stu:

Bassam and I found some mistakes in the bugnote for 0928 
that describes the changes needed -- there were mismatches
between "sequence" and "property" in two places.

I have edited the bugnote to fix this and believe it now
to be correct.
