The issues I noted: [(2) was not clearly spelled out in mantis item
likely causing (1), (3) has no bearing on LRM of course]

1) Syntax Table 17-2 also 17-4 also 17-14

Add: sequence_actual_arg ::= event_expression

2) Delete actual_arg_expr from syntax 17-2, 17-4, A.2.10

3) p.528 (of A.2.10) the "sequence_actual_arg ... " production should be
marked with blue.
