[sv-ac] review of mantis 1420

I have reviewed the implementation of mantis 1420 in Draft 1
and found the problems below.

Editorial problem:

Draft 1, 17.11.4, p. 273, after property fibonacci1, "is a legal description"
  should be "is a legal declaration" [also found by Doron].


Other problems:

Draft 1, 17.11.4, p. 272, RESTRICTION 4:  Font mismatches.  Italic "p" and "q" are not
  consistent with other RESTRICTIONS and clash with courier "p" in the conditions.
  Roman "e" clashes with courier "e" in the conditions.  Recommendation:  change
  italic "p" and "q" to courier.

Draft 1, Annex E.5, p. 576, RESTRICTION 4:  Courier font is used consistently here
  for "p", "q", "e", but the font should probably be italic for "p" and "q" at least,
  to match the usage in the paragraph preceding the restrictions, and then also
  italic for "e" in order to be consistent.
