Draft 1 of P1800-2008 is available to active committee members.  I
sent a mail yesterday to active members of SV-AC with the password.
If you are an active member and did not get the password, please send
me email privately.

We need to review this draft against our approved proposals to ensure
that the editor has implemented the changes correctly.

There are 14 mantis items to be reviewed.  For each item I would 
like assign two people to review it carefully.  The primary reviewer
will be the proposal author, provided that person is still active (Tej 
Singh will be primary reviewer on Manisha's three items).  I am not
sure who wrote the proposals for 0508 and 1325, but they are very 
small changes and I am assigning Dmitry Korchemny to be primary
reviewer for these.

Here are the items and primary reviewer assignments:

We need volunteers to be secondary reviewers.  If you are not a
primary reviewer, please volunteer to review some of these items
by sending e-mail to the reflector.  Any items that do not have
secondary reviewers will be assigned in our 6 February 2007 meeting.

Please send the result of your review to the reflector.  If you 
find problems in the implementation of the proposal, then we will
make the appropriate state change on mantis and give instructions 
to the editor.

Please remember that we are only checking for correct implementation
of the approved proposal changes.  If you notice new problems in the 
LRM as you are reviewing, make note of them and enter new mantis items
as appropriate.

I would like to have all the reviewing complete by 16 February 2007.
