Hi Lisa,

the proposal looks good to me.
One thing that we should keep in mind is that
once the qualifiers (const ...) proposal is
going to be proposed, we would like only
const integer types to be used to pass delay
and repetition values.

Since we expect the  qualifiers proposal to be approved before
2008, we should not have any backwards compatibility
problem adding this extra restriction.
