[sv-ac] P1800 SV-AC: result of email vote, agenda for next meeting on 8/21

the next meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, 8/21/2006. Several people
indicated that they may not be able to attend. Please let us know who
from the "regulars" will not attend to see whether we should reschedule
the meeting.

Item #1510: 2 yes, 2 no - still pending, to be discussed
The issue is whether a null statement with the "else" clause should
invoke the default message from the simulator. 

Item #1495: 6 yes, 0 no - accepted

Item #1532: 1 yes, 1 no - still pending, to be discussed
The issue is whether we require parentheses when a parameterized
sequence instance is used in an event control. The change would provide
cleaner syntax but may introduce backward compatibility problem. The
parser can resolve the conflict by seaching whether there is a legal
interpretation.
