I am ok with removing the "counter" from that section as long as the API
callback/query foundation is not perturbed, that should provide means
for any and all results.

I agree that it should not be there, I am not sure that it should be
fixed in this proposal.

I think that we are getting closer to be able to resolve 1381, there we
should discusse what should be reported for coverage.
