Discussion on action items from meeting on 02/28/06:

1) #805: Manisha propsal ready for vote.  Vote by email by Friday
3/3/06.

2) #1361: Disabling action block on vacuous or disabled success.
- Manisha to update proposal with latest feedback by 3/14/06. 
- Dimitri to send email for discussion on semantics of cover property
and what it means (likely separate issue). 

3) #928: Passed by vote. Issue raised by John/Manisha in email, reopen ?

John motion to reopen, Joseph seconds. Item opened.
- Hillel to look over (original #196).

4) #966: Need update from Ed on discussion with SV-BC.

5) #1296: John update (discuss with Cindy), justification for changing
semantics of non-overlapped implication not quite
there yet, will take some time, should not rush.
- Bassam: Change bug ID priority to low.

6) #921: this covers one of two aspects of this issue, the "when should
tasks execute". 
John/Doron: get some realistic examples, what's good/bad/... about
loose/tight approach. What do users expect ?
Bassam: backward compatibility How is LRM interpreted currently ? John:
Currently undefined.

7) #1325: unnamed clocking blocks.

All agree we can restrict the BNF.
- John -- write proposal strike sequence match item out of productions
(for [->], and [=])

9) #1346: Annex E index error in semantics of $past
John: Typo, proposal up.

10)#1347: forbid local variables in sampled value functions
All agree we need to restrict 
- John start proposal, Hillel raised issue for passed (from outside)
local vars -- All, proposal should disallow
reference to a local variable (inside or passed in) ...

11) Bassam to check with Faisal/Ed on status of merge of 1364 and P1800
LRMs
