[sv-ac] minor correction to D6 version of P1800

I think there is a minor typo in the current
draft version.

In annex A.2.10:

concurrent_assertion_item ::= [ block_identifier : ]
concurrent_assertion_statement

The font for the ":" should be different since
the colon is a literal colon.
