Hi John, partly mea culpa - I di dnot see these numbers in the 4/14 minutes and no trace in the DB about resolution, so I thought that it still needed a vote. Then Surrendra pointed out that it was actually resolved. So I did move it to Stu for editing. In other words, the vote is not needed on these 2 items.
