Attached is BNF that fixes an ambiguity in cycle_delay_range.
(The proposal of http://www.eda-twiki.org/sv-ec/hm/1742.html
fixed a similar ambiguity in cycle_delay.) It also adds
productions to handle the 'triggered', 'ended', and 'matched'
sequence methods discussed in 8.11, 17.7.10, and 17.12.5.
