What process are we following for handling errata in our
proposals, Draft 3, and Draft 4?
I have sent substantial errata to the reflector, but
I'm not sure if those should be forwarded on to David Smith
or whether we need to discuss them in SV-AC.
Many are minor, but I think the one on fixing the parsing problem
by switching the multi-clock concatenation operator from "##" to
"##1" should have some sort of approval because it involves a
backward compatibility issue (since this solution gets rid of the
old syntax).
