As stated earlier, we will have a vote on the submitted extensions during
our regularly scheduled meeting on 12/15.

Since this is a company-based vote, only representatives of Accellera member
corporations who meet attendance requirements are eligible to vote (please
see details regarding voting rules on our web site).

According to our attendance records the following individuals are
eligible to vote:

Roy Armoni - Intel
John Havlicek - Motorola
Bassam Tabbara - Novas
Joseph Lu - Sun
Surrendra Dudani - Synopsys

In addition: Faisal Haque also meets the
attendance and corporate membership requirements
and can according to the rules governing committee
chairs.

I am attaching the spreadsheet which has attendance details
for attendees from Accellera member companies. These were
extracted from SVAC meeting minutes.
