Mantis 4154 will not be part of the Ballot Review Committee meetings.
As both Dave and Stu have already mentioned, mantis 4154 will need
to wait for a future PAR. The Ballot Review Committee will only
be addressing comments that were submitted by voting entities during
the period of time when the LRM was being balloted. This set of ballot
comments is a fixed set of comments that were sent to us by the IEEE.
All non-editorial issues that are raised at this point in the process
will need to wait for a future PAR. This is the IEEE policy. Stu
has already commented that mantis 4154 contains non-editorial
changes.
