Based on discussion in the committee, here is a proposed schedule
for submitting text for inclusion in the LRM

11/24 Draft proposals due
12/1 Review proposals
12/8 Review proposals
12/15 Final vote

* Draft proposals should be written as changes to the LRM. Surrendra will
   send a link to the format.

* Arif will post a schedule on the web for proposals to be reviewed on 12/1
and 12/8

* The vote on 12/15 will be a major vote limited to member companies in
voting status.
    Arif will send out attendance record.
