[sv-ac] RE: Strange reference to Implication subclause

Hi,

This text was added in Mantis 1667 and implemented in Draft 6 of P1800-2009.

In part 1 of that proposal, the added text was

unless the formal argument is a local variable argument (see 16.7.2, 16.12.2).

where 16.12.2 was a new subclause added by that proposal, the sub-clause titled
"Local variable formal arguments in property declarations".

That sub-clause is not numbered 16.12.19.

Apparently that is what the reference should be.

Subclause 16.8.1 Typed formal arguments in sequence declarations, P.359, lines 17-20, reads:

A reference to a typed formal argument within a sequence_match_item (see 16.10) shall not stand as the variable_lvalue in either an operator_assignment or an inc_or_dec_expression unless the formal argument is a local variable argument (see 16.8.2, 16.12.6).

The reference 16.12.6 points to the subclause describing the property implication, and it is not clear to me in this context. Note that this reference is not new, and has already existed in LRM2009.

Does anybody have a good explanation?
