Hi Dmitry,

The sv-ac is allowed to meet to address Editorial changes. Make sure that
you don't go beyond changes that are Editorial in nature.

The schedule calls for completion of the pre-ballot draft review on Jan
24.
That is a hard deadline. The Editor has only a few days to then
turn-around any required changes. You should not be considering large
sets of changes at this
point in the process, since the schedule doesn't allow for that.
