Hi Anupam,

I don't see all of these changes in the proposal for 2412.
Some of them are in the proposal, but not all of them.

Are you suggesting that the changes you are flagging
are part of a different proposal that has been approved?

If not, I don't see how you can justify making this change.
We are in the process of making sure that the Editor applied
the approved set of changes properly. We aren't going back
to make additional changes to existing proposals that have
already been approved.
