On "3478 Make drivers of inout ports accessible"
At our meeting we also agreed that because of time constraints, need for
involvement with sv-bc *(it's a language issue for system level functions,
rather than ans SVA issue)*, and potential complexities, the issue of mantis
3478 will be postponed till the next PAR.
However, we all agreed that this is an important issue that needs to be
addressed.
