Several minor comments:

* Fix quotes:

func_assert: assert (opcode < 64) else $display("Opcode error.");

$error("Error on operation of type %d\n",error_type(opcode));

The quotation mark should be " everywhere.

* Replace $display("Opcode error.") with $error("Opcode error.")

Hi guys-

I have uploaded a new proposal version at http://www.verilog.org/mantis/view.php?id=3385 , to address the Champions' issues. In particular, I modified the phrasing of the first-person sentence pointed out by Stu, and made the font changes requested by Shalom.

These are pretty simple changes, so I think it should be ready for voting.
