[sv-ac] 3610: Sequence methods with sequences admitting empty match

Following Ed's concern I submitted a new Mantis item 3610: Sequence methods with sequences admitting empty match (http://www.eda-stds.org/mantis/view.php?id=3610). We need either to rule such cases out or define appropriate semantics for them.
