Hi,
I tried adding something about nested modules to this proposal, and it looks really awkward. I suggest going without explicit mentioning of nested modules there.
If anyone objects, please try to suggest a specific sentence...
I uploaded the up-to-date proposal with changes based on Anupam's feedback.
