[sv-ac] RE: Draft review

Hi all,

I reviewed subclauses 16.13.15 - 16.15.5 and in addition to the found earlier I found several issues in the Mantis 2722, and in the subclause 16.13.16. Though important, these issues are not editorial, and should be treated separately. I submitted a new Mantis 3559 describing the issues I found.
