Those are the only two constructs affected by a default clocking:
unclocked assertions and the cycle delay operator (i.e., all ##'s).

Anyone:
If I write a "default clocking" in a module, say, what constructs
are affected by it?
I have been under the impression that otherwise unclocked
concurrent assertions will pick up the default clocking.
The LRM also says that cycle delay operations can pick up
the default clocking.
Is there anything else that picks up the default clocking?
