Steve,
I was not present for the process discussion last time; you may recall that I joined about 10 minutes late. While this 'time limit' may be intended to help expedite discussion, it also inhibits careful consideration of issues before making a proposal. Given that, and taking into consideration higher priority tasks associated with DVCon and DATE in the next few weeks, I withdraw my proposal.
